A Reinstatement Cost Assessment for building insurance purposes is a calculated estimate of the cost to rebuild a property on the basis of total loss, including situations of substantial damage where complete building demolition and rebuilding would be necessary.

As Chartered Building Surveyors we are the principal profession to appoint and act impartially to administer the act. We can act on your behalf, as Building Owners, Adjoining Owners or the Agreed Surveyor.

Planned Maintenance

We offer advice on planned building maintenance including the formulation of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes and guidance on physical implementation of maintenance work.
