We know how worrying it can be when you notice a crack or damp staining within your home, or indeed any other defect. We can identify and diagnosis the cause of water ingress, mould growth, structural movement or timber decay.

Whether you are moving home and require a Building Survey of HomeBuyers Report or a Schedule of Condition to a lease or Party Wall, we are able to undertake these on your behalf.
