Contract administration is a core part of our services.  We have experience across the full JCT suite of construction contracts.

We have carried out the role of Contract Administrator on numerous projects with experience of contract values from £25k to £3m covering a multitude of project types within education, office, industrial, residential and leisure sectors.

We have extensive experience in working on extensions, new builds, construction and refurbishment projects, common area refurbishments, roof renewals and external repairs and redecoration contracts within occupied buildings.  We are also able to assist and oversee works on historic buildings, both listed and within conservation areas.

We are also able to oversee insurance works whether following a fire or flood.
