Being a contract administrator Hertford based, we were able to produce the schedule of works, specification document, for the refurbishment and alterations for this private client to provide a high standard of works, we advised on appropriate contractors and fulfilling the role of the contract administrator we oversaw the works to completion, with monthly valuations, agreeing the final account and ensuring compliance with building regulations and planning requirements.
