Our contract administration role ensures projects are properly managed, contractually compliant and delivered efficiently from commencement through to completion.

We have undertaken contract administration on numerous projects, with contract values ranging from £25,000 to £3 million, across a wide variety of project types. This includes significant experience in conservation projects, insurance-related fire and flood works, and projects for high-end private clients, as well as within the education, office, industrial, residential and leisure sectors.

Our contract administration services extend across extensions, new builds, construction and refurbishment projects, common area refurbishments, roof renewals, and external repairs and redecoration contracts, including works carried out within occupied buildings. We also have the expertise to assist with and oversee works to historic buildings, both listed properties and buildings within conservation areas.

In addition, our contract administration experience includes overseeing insurance reinstatement works, whether following a fire or flood, ensuring repairs are carried out in accordance with contractual requirements and agreed specifications.
